The Strategic Planning Session is what happens first, before any of our other services. The goal is to gather the right information to hone in on the right opportunities, and take the guesswork out of where to go next.

HOW IT WORKS

You’ll start by filling out a questionnaire designed to give us some rich background on what you’re currently doing, how it’s working, and what you’d like to achieve. You’ll also fill out a customer journey map, to help us understand what experiences your customers go through.

COLLABORATIVE SESSION

Next, we’ll jump in our strategic planning session with you, where we’ll lead you through a series of exercises to gather further information, ask clarifying questions on your answers in the questionnaire, and really pinpoint your opportunities.

FINDINGS PRESENTATION

We’ll combine the data from your questionnaire and customer journey, analyze it, and present back our Buyer’s Journey scorecard and our 7Ps of Marketing scorecard to highlight the most relevant & impactful opportunities.

BottomLine and its President, Lisa Genovese, has been a strong supporter of Alberta IoT.

The Alberta IoT Association is a nonprofit consisting of organizations with a vested interest in the success of the Internet of Things in the province of Alberta.

Alberta IoT is a fast-growing organization that added a business accelerator program and a Centre of Excellence to its portfolio in 2020. With these new initiatives, we needed guidance on market strategy, as well as research on who our audience is, along with powerful messaging to serve and meet the needs of that audience.

BottomLine has been instrumental in building our go-to-market strategy while implementing and supporting our social media efforts along with any other necessary marketing collateral.
